You are a god. Unfortunately, nobody knows that yet.
In Believe in me! (please), 2 to 4 self-proclaimed deities compete for the devotion of gullible mortals. Volcanic eruptions, storms and suspiciously aggressive squirrel infestations are, of course, all your divine handiwork. At least that is what your Believers are supposed to think, and Believers are everything in this game: they are your only resource and your victory points at the same time.
Assemble your god from a head, a torso and a pair of legs (729 possible combinations), claim Phenomena as your own miracles, send out Monks, Missionaries and Battle Nuns, and issue Commandments that make life harder for your Fellow gods. A chaotic mix of tableau building, hand management, trick-taking and worker placement decides who is still worshipped when the Twilight of the Gods arrives. And beware of the False Prophet.
Written by three German TV comedy authors and illustrated entirely by hand, without AI, the game carries the spirit of Monty Python and Terry Pratchett to the table. Funded on Gamefound in 2026, releases at SPIEL Essen 2026.
